This script is not working when i replace the original with this and i understand this is the risk with decoded ioncube files so im not complaining but i just get blank page.

Ive noticed that you have used ioncube php 5.6 could this maybe need the 7.2 decode ?

I have tried the re-encoding the decoded script with both php 5.6 and 7.2 and it does not work with 5.6 i get php 500 error and with 7.2 i get blank page.

Any advise would be appreciated

Can you look in your logs, this will bring out the error.
In the meantime, I sent you by email the version in PHP 7.2.
