I need this file decoding.. Are you able to do it ?? i Believe under the Ion Cube all the Php Functions are also obfuscated thats not an issue... Just need it without the Ion Cube

Your file contains names of functions that are protected, our "DeZender" unfortunately can not regenerate function names protected by the obfuscator, only variables can be treated adequately on our "DeZender".
