Coinbase payment bug?

Hi,
I've tried to purchase your services, but when I try to checkout using Coinbase Commerce,
I get "0:00" time expired instead of the 15 minutes time span.
Is this a known issue? How do I pay?

Hello,
I've never heard back, did you go through the store to retrieve the Bitcoin address ?
Try to see if it works better now ?
