our files are encrypted with zend optimizer for PHP 5.2.

Would you be so kind to check if you can decrypt a part of this file, so we can proceed to a batch file decryption?

Your files are corrupt, it is likely that the files have been recovered on an "FTP" in text mode, for that is most corrupt please download the file in binary mode and then perform a compression "zip".
