We were able to decompile one file "gethandler.php", the other file causes a concern, and can not be decompiled.
Do you have a global refund your order, or just a single file ?

Your files are corrupt, it is likely that the files have been recovered on an "FTP" in text mode, for that is most corrupt please download the file in binary mode and then perform a compression "zip".
