DeZender,

This file do the management of the system controlers, it seems that file is not sending the url to access the correct local/controller file.

This is the url from the system is running http://localhost/ this location shows an error that the ioncube file does not show

In this page http://localhost/ after the login, also an error occurs, no content is displayed, the file does not send the url to the correct location, so nothing is displayed, the browser displays an error loop.

Enable error PHP, or look in your log Apache/Nginx...
I need errors, otherwise not be able to help you.
At worst, you debugged this same file to locate the error.
