Your files are corrupt, it is likely that the files have been recovered on an "FTP" in text mode, for that is most corrupt please download the file in binary mode and then perform a compression "zip".

Always the same, if not compress the file using a filemanager on your web space, "Plesk" or "cPanel" "DirectAdmin" does.
