Your file are corrupt, it is likely that the files have been recovered on an "FTP" in text mode, for that is most corrupt please download the file in binary mode and then perform a compression "zip".

I only have this file on FTP, no local copy :( Is it possible to do something?

One thing that may be important - the file was encoded up to a certain date (18/05/2016). So you may try setting your system time to that date before decoding.
