Your files are corrupt, it is likely that the files have been recovered on an "FTP" in text mode, for that is most corrupt please download the file in binary mode and then perform a compression "zip".

I always have the same mistake.
The content is so binary, it is again, recommendable to compress it in zip or other extension.
