I made a purchase and was told it is possible to decode; 1 php file that includes a license.lic file.

Fatal error: 
The encoded file filename.php requires a license file.
The license file filename.lic is not valid for this server. in Unknown on line 0

Please help? Where do I upload files for you to decode?
