It's part of a thing called "scriptcase", RAD for PHP.
that file handles online registration and s/n validation.
the entire archive of the software can be found on their website.

how does a loader look like? maybe i can find it?

This is something that is loaded from "PHP", so you have to intervene on your server.
Otherwise, there is a file, which loads it, if this is the case, I would be obliged to make you an offer of a service of around 50 euros, then 5 euros for the other files.
