Your file (License.php) are corrupt, it is likely that the files have been recovered on an "FTP" in text mode, for that is most corrupt please download the file in binary mode and then perform a compression "zip".

I always have the same error, and after verification, it's your transfer software that transforms the file into Windows format 0x0D, 0x0A = CRLF.
Can you compress it, before recovering it on your workstation ?
