Unfortunately not, but the requests are piling up more and more, following the delay of ionCube v11, a lot of publishers are moving towards Sourceguardian.
I therefore confirm that the project for an 8.0 decompiler will be launched next week, I have no deadline, but the compatibility is already made, I must now work on its new Opcodes.
Regarding PHP 7.4, I do not know yet if a work will be done on it, I will do a publication soon.
